Our belief is that the church and its purpose is the most important work on the face of the earth. This is why the work of ministry must operate at its maximum potential. Our firm has a heart to ensure that the inner workings of the church has "its house in order!" Therefore, we devote time and resources to assist and equip church leadership, lay leaders, and parishioners through training classes, workshops, and speaking opportunities.
HeartWork™: Customer Service from the Inside Out, is the spiritual formation work that Christians must do in order to be transformed into the image of God’s Son. The church is called to reach the masses. However, we are mindful that the masses will not always look, act, or behave like seasoned Christians or those in leadership.
Hence, the training program, HeartWork™: Customer Service from the Inside Out was designed to equip ministry staff, volunteers, and servants with the knowledge and resources on how to most effectively address and serve the customer – church parishioners from all walks of life regardless of their background, attitude, or behavior. Role-playing, interactive exercises, and powerful teaching are intermingled with key concepts and principles gleaned from God’s Word, which are necessary to build unity within the Body of Christ.
In this two-hour workshop, students can expect to:
• Learn how Spiritual Formation Disciplines and the Fruit of the Spirit bless parishioners.
• Learn how to effectively respond to various church customer service scenarios.
• Provide an Implementation Strategy for an unforgettable customer experience.
• Participate in a Fruit of the Spirit exercise learning specific examples on how HeartWork™ affects numerous roles and departments
within the church.
• Focus on actions and responses that are conducive to building up the body of Christ, one worshipper at a time.
As Christians, we are held accountable and expected to set an example for those who have not yet learned the lessons of discipleship. Ephesians 4:32 says, “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another even as God in Christ forgave you.” Therefore, as members of the body of Christ, we must purpose in our hearts to reflect the love, compassion, patience, and understanding of Christ through the integration of HeartWork™ in our service toward all parishioners.
The late Maya Angelou said, “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” Our goal for this program is to teach and hold those serving in ministry to a high, yet attainable standard of service excellence with the ultimate goal of blessing worshipers.
